New Look Class Schedule! Welcome to the Barre ;-)
The Zoo is delighted to announce our November schedule….featuring brand new options for all our members!
We are introducing Barre classes for the first time. Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries dancers endure. This is offered at no extra-cost!!!!!
Christine Organ and Nathalie Caso will be teaching these fantastic classes in the mornings.
We are also bringing back our Boxing class. This high tempo 30 min class is for those who are interested in self defence or getting incredible results in half the time. This class is for all abilities, we use correct kick-boxing techniques and get an intense workout.
The new schedule also has more of our excellent spin classes too….
Now there are no excuse for not working out at The Zoo!
